I know, your New Years resolution is to stop eating and start working because this will be the year you will look like a Victoria’s Secret supermodel.
But rather than creating one huge New Years resolution that you will have broken and long forgotten two weeks after the ball drops, why not create one (or several) small resolutions that you can easily stick to? After all, by definition, a resolution is simply the resolve to do something. Nowhere does it say you have to completely change all of your ways to
lose weight accomplish your goals.
Insead, how about creating a few mini resolutions that you can incorporate into your daily routine and can easily stick to? You may find that sticking to one or all of these resolutions we have provided for you may result in the big changes you were hoping to make anyway. You already know the health benefits of most of these so just take this post as a reminder to actually do them…

- Improve your sleep hygiene
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
